Neighborhood Deals When you have neighboring cities, you can strike Neighborhood Deals. Raise them, and you'll make yourself unpopular. Lower taxes to improve your Mayor Rating on every property of the changed wealth level. The degree of change you make affects Mayor Rating. The tax rate has some side effects of which you must be aware. Commercial Office and Commercial Service are set collectively as "Commercial." This wealth type breakdown lets you use your tax rates with fine precision to attract or deter the kind of developer you want. Tax Rate The tax rate is set by you for each of the twelve developer types. There are several ways to obtain money, and we're going to get into those, as well as ways to manage your money.
